for a guest lecture on the topic of 

The influence of international law on the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia.

The Guest Lecture will take place on Tuesday 24 October at 18.30 at the Speaker's Corner at the premises of the Hague University of Applied Sciences, J. Westerdijkplein 75, The Hague.

This lecture is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the way international law interacts with domestic systems in practice beyond the more limited confines of Western paradigms and to conceptualise the issues that judges face in constitutional cases involving international law questions.

The Lecture will last for approximately 1 hour, including a Q and A session in the end.

Drinks and small snacks will be offered after its conclusion (approx. at 19.30) next to the Speaker’s Corner.

Holiday for Islamic New Year 1439 H (2017 M)

In regard to the celebration of the Islamic New Year 1439 H (2017 M), the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia will close its public service on Thursday, 21 September 2017.

The Embassy will open its service on Friday, 22 September 2017.

In accordance to the Islamic Holiday of Iedul Adha 1438 H (2017 M), the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia will close its public service on Friday (1 September 2017). The Embassy will resume its public service on Monday (4 September 2017).
